General Questions

For 1-on-1 classes, I will use the Cambridge syllabus to teach. Alternatively, you can specify what you want to focus on or even get help with homework.

In group classes, the emphasis can be on conversation to enhance listening and speaking skills, guided reading sessions, or assisting with homework assignments.

Classes will be conducted via Zoom. In the event you are unable to access Zoom, accommodations can be arranged to ensure that you are able to attend class.

Group classes are small with only 2 – 5 students. If you do not want to take classes alone, you can ask your friends to join you. 

The classes are intentionally small (2-5 students) so that you have the opportunity to practise and receive personalised feedback.

Booking and Payment

You can pay either with a debit card or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Alipay.

To use Alipay, you will be given a separate payment link. For more information regarding the booking process, go to Booking.

To secure your class, full payment is required. Full payment must be made before the class.

For group classes, rescheduling is not possible.

For individual classes, you are only allowed to reschedule once. A notice of at least a 24 hour before the class is required. Rescheduling cannot be done by the student, please contact the teacher to make the arrangement.

If you miss a class last minute or cannot cancel in advance, you will miss the class and you cannot reschedule it.

If you have appointments, travel, illness or other obligations that keep you from class, you can cancel in advance (at least 24 hours). Refer to “How do I reschedule a class?” for further information regarding rescheduling a class.

If the teacher is sick or cannot attend, the class will be rescheduled. The teacher will send a notice for class cancellation.
